Terms of service

1. The agreement

Recover is a product of MindBridgeXR Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply when you visit the Recover website, use our free tools, sign up for a trial, buy a plan or reserve Reva P1. If you use Recover on behalf of a company, you accept these terms for that company and confirm you are allowed to do so.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

2. The website and free tools

The website, the Retention Guide, the calculators, the customer data template, the CSV template pack and the follow-up email templates are free. You may use the templates and the guide's advice in your own business.

Calculator results and worked examples are estimates based on the numbers you enter or the example numbers shown. They are for information, not financial, legal or tax advice, and they are not a promise of results.

3. Accounts and the free trial

The free trial lasts 14 days and includes 1,000 tokens. You can cancel the trial at any time. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the activity of users you invite to your workspace.

4. Plans, billing and payments

• Plans and prices: Starter, Growth and Scale, billed monthly or annually in US dollars, as shown on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes where applicable.
• Payment: by card through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the payment; card numbers never touch our servers.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancellation: cancel any time in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Plan changes: switch plans, update your card and see invoice history in the customer portal.
• AI allowance: each plan includes a monthly AI allowance. There are no overage charges. When the allowance runs out, AI actions pause until the next month or until you upgrade.
• Price changes: we will give you notice before a price change applies to your subscription.

5. Offers, discount and referral codes

• First 1,000 offer: the first 1,000 companies to submit their email receive a personal code for 30% off your first 12 months on any plan. One code per email, for first-time customers only. Codes are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
• Referral program: a company referred by an existing customer gets 20% off its first 3 months with the referrer's code.
• General: codes are applied at checkout and have no cash value. We may refuse or withdraw a code that was obtained or used in breach of these terms.

6. Reva P1 reservations

Reva P1 is a desk companion robot that is a prototype in development. A reservation on our website is free and non-binding. It is not an order, and it does not create an obligation for you to buy or for us to sell.

We will email reservers first with the price and the date before asking for any payment. The design, specifications and availability may change, and the product may not be released. If we ever offer an optional deposit, we will state its terms at that time, and it will be refundable.

7. Your responsibilities

• Use Recover lawfully, and only contact people you have a legitimate business reason to contact.
• Connect only mailboxes, files and systems you are authorized to use.
• Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the service, or use it to send spam.
• Keep the information you give us accurate.

8. Your data

Your company's data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide and support the service for you. You can export, delete or clear your data at any time. When your account ends, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it.

9. AI drafts and approval

Recover finds opportunities and writes follow-up drafts using your data and your Custom Skills. Drafts can contain mistakes. Nothing is ever sent without your approval: a named person in your team approves, edits or rejects each draft, and approved emails are sent from your own mailbox. You are responsible for the content of the emails you approve.

10. Intellectual property

The Recover software, website, brand, Reva character and designs belong to MindBridgeXR Inc.. These terms give you a right to use the service while your account is active; they do not transfer ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Recover without obligation to you.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work hard to keep Recover accurate and available, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any follow-up will lead to a reply, a sale or a payment.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Recover and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

13. Governing law

The governing law and the courts that will hear disputes will be confirmed in the final version of these terms. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve any dispute in good faith by contacting each other first.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Recover changes. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Recover after that means you accept the new terms.
